Delivery Information

We are working conscientiously to provide our clients with the most efficient and cost-effective shipping choices.

Monday through Friday, we attempt to ship all orders placed by 12 p.m. the same day, although busier times may cause delays. Please pick the 24 Hour option for urgent orders, and we will guarantee shipment within 24 hours of order receipt. Friday deliveries of orders sent with the 24 Hour option will occur on Monday. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your purchase, we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours to notify you of the reason for the delay.

Orders submitted on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, while orders made after noon on Friday will be sent on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Courier Deliveries - If you get a card indicating that the courier attempted delivery, please contact the courier immediately using the contact information provided on the card. Products that cannot be delivered owing to erroneous or insufficient address information and items that are not phoned for or redelivery arrangements made within 5 days of the initial delivery attempt incur substantial penalties and redirection costs. Such penalties, fees, and future redelivery expenses will be charged to your account.

When we ship your item, you will get an email confirmation with tracking information, if applicable.

For residential locations, orders are dispatched with'signature optional,' which means they may be left without a signature, and we recognise any special delivery instructions with your purchase.

Signature-required service is used to deliver orders to companies and organizations.

We try to ship all orders placed before 11 a.m. the same day, however during peak times, this may be delayed. For purchases that need expedited shipping, please contact us for the Express Shipping, and we will guarantee shipment within 24 hours of order receipt. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your purchase, we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours to explain the situation. For the following countries, we offer unique Free discounted International Shipping fees. Each country has a required minimum purchase.

For all locations in Turkey you will not be required to pay any additional fees to get your purchase. When an item is transported internationally outside of Turkey, the recipient country may levy import taxes, customs duties, and/or other expenses. Typically, these fees are required when the shipping items reach in the country of destination.

These fees are not included in the product cost or shipping and handling fees.These costs are the responsibility of the customer, since we simply charge a shipping fee for your purchase. Bikap Bitkisel is not responsible for these possible extra fees. The customer is responsible for acquiring information on applicable laws, rules, and limitations in their country before buying our items. The customer is responsible for complying with their country's laws, rules, and limitations when making an international purchase (shipping outside Turkey).

NON-DELIVERIES

If you get a card indicating that the courier attempted delivery, please contact the courier as soon as possible using the contact information on the card. Products that cannot be delivered owing to erroneous or insufficient address information and items that are not phoned for or redelivery arrangements made within 5 days of the initial delivery attempt incur substantial penalties and redirection costs. Such penalties, fees, and future redelivery expenses will be charged to your account.

If your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement within the timeframe specified by the selected courier for products to be deemed lost. If your order is damaged, we will quickly ship you replacements for the damaged products.

If your purchase is returned to us owing to inadequate or erroneous delivery information provided by you, or if the products are otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to impose a redelivery fee equal to the cost of redelivery plus a 20% administrative fee or less. Please ensure that you provide accurate mailing information and that you accept delivery or retrieve your orders promptly to avoid incurring redelivery fees.

If your order does not arrive within the specified time frame, please contact us and we will investigate and, if necessary, we will resend your order.

If we become aware of any delivery delays, we will promptly inform you.To cancel or return your order, please call or email us with your order number.
