ONLINE STORE TERMS

After completing your online purchase, you will get an email confirming your transaction.

Orders may also be placed through telephone; if you reach the answering machine, please leave a message with your phone number and a clear message; we will soon return your call. These orders will be confirmed through phone or email.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as bank wire transfers.

You indicate that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your approval to for any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our merchandise for any unlawful or unapproved purpose, nor may you break any local laws while using the Service (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You are not permitted to send any worms, viruses, or other disruptive programmes.

DELIVERYING

Monday through Friday, we attempt to ship all orders placed by 12 p.m. the same day, although busier times may cause delays. Please pick the 24 Hour option for urgent orders, and we will guarantee shipment within 24 hours of order receipt. Friday deliveries of orders sent with the 24 Hour option will occur on Monday. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your purchase, we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours to notify you of the reason for the delay.

Orders submitted on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, while orders made after noon on Friday will be sent on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Courier Deliveries - If you get a card indicating that the courier attempted delivery, please contact the courier immediately using the contact information provided on the card. Products that cannot be delivered owing to erroneous or insufficient address information and items that are not phoned for or redelivery arrangements made within 5 days of the initial delivery attempt incur substantial penalties and redirection costs. Such penalties, fees, and future redelivery expenses will be charged to your account.

When we ship your item, you will get an email confirmation with tracking information, if applicable.

For residential locations, orders are dispatched with'signature optional,' which means they may be left without a signature, and we recognise any special delivery instructions with your purchase.

Signature-required service is used to deliver orders to companies and organizations.

We try to ship all orders placed before 11 a.m. the same day, however during peak times, this may be delayed. For purchases that need expedited shipping, please contact us for the Express Shipping, and we will guarantee shipment within 24 hours of order receipt. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your purchase, we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours to explain the situation. For the following countries, we offer unique Free discounted International Shipping fees. Each country has a required minimum purchase.

ALTERATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND COSTS

Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We retain the right to alter or terminate the Service (or any portion or content thereof) at any time with or without notice. We may reject your order. We may restrict per-person, per-household, or per-order amounts. Orders made by or under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address may be restricted. We may restrict or ban orders from individual clients.
